Today marks the 30 Year Anniversary of the #Barcelons92 Olympics Opening Ceremony which I was part of. It's a very long story but basically they were looking for a Finnish kid to represent "Helsinki 1952" and not many Finns lived in Barcelona then. A call was put to all the schools in town and I (being half-Finn) was the best they could find, lol. A month of weekly thrilling rehearsals followed and once I heard that the bit I was taking part in included a fashion show with 25 top-models my head exploded! Each kid was paired to a different model, my pairing was with a model called Fusca, who was the Loewe in-house model and was dressed in #Loewe as a Dalí ghost. #AngeloBadalamenti composed and conducted the most beautiful score that was the soundtrack to our section celebrating the 25 cities that had hosted Olympic Games.
