Changing it up and posting the other part of the process lol. It doesn’t matter what sport or field you are in, continued improvement requires you to be challenged to a point where mistakes are inevitably made. Cultivate an environment where you are constantly pushing yourself — whether it’s doing a move faster or making a quicker/better read. Failure is only temporary when you keep moving forward. @jlin7
