Exhaustion, depletion, stress, over-giving, over-committing, or trying to save others at the detriment of yourself are few ways you can create energy leaks in your own container. A Spiritual Bath is an intentional cleansing water ritual not only for your physical body but for your soul and energetic body as well. Regularly cleansing your aura and your personal energy field is a necessity. This is extremely supportive for Healers, Light workers, Empaths, or for those who are actively working on themselves to help clear any blocks, negative energy, stagnant energy, or energetic exhaustion. I take Spiritual Baths weekly as a ritual to ground and center my energy as well as to support me in clearing any energy I may have picked up through the week that isn’t serving me.
