So much of modern societies energy is spent trying to create engaging and stimulating environments (or distractions) for kids inside our homes....But all we have to do is step outside. There are so many intelligent, well read, certified professional humans on this app that can recite and reference the most up-to-date literature regarding the positive effects of time spent outdoors. I am not one of those people but I am a dad who personally feels and observes with-in our children, the positive impacts of being outside. I know much of our content feels fast-paced and involves boards and bikes and balance but our favorite thing is just being outside with no real plan at all and lately it’s offered a beautiful and refreshing perspective to move through these experiences at the pace of our children. #stayoutsidedad #familytime
