1. Eat 1-2 healthy meals a day: Make at least one of your meals per day nutritionally dense - for example on Thanksgiving day I always eat a healthy breakfast that I know will make me feel really good (and keep my digestion flowing!) 2. Daily Movement! Whether it’s a full workout or a walk through the neighborhood, grab your coat and get out there in the morning- I promise you’ll feel better after & throughout the day 🤍 3. Plan ahead: It’s normal for your gut health to be tested during the holiday season LOL 🎂 Take your supplements with tricky stomach foods - whenever I’m gonna have gluten or dairy I double up on digestive enzymes. I love @hilma and @drschulze - both NATURAL remedies 4. Keep a routine: just because it’s the holiday season doesn’t mean you should “throw it all away”! A ten minute workout is better than no workout at all. ALWAYS! Whatever workouts you can get done, you’ll feel better and carry yourself more confidently strutting into those holiday parties ☺️☺️ 5. Enjoy 🧡: Don’t be so hard on yourself.
