There is no perfect morning routine, but to me they should incorporate at least 3 self-loving practices. Here are some examples that I personally do daily: wake up early, drink my coffee mindfully and take a moment of gratitude while I do, journal, repeat a mantra, take my @jshealthvitamins supplements, exercise or stretch, do my skincare routine after a shower and then make my bed. I also like to throw in a 5 minute meditation or breathwork! Most of these take no longer than a few minutes to do, but make a world of difference. Will you try any of these this week ahead? 🧡💫
