One of my first cocktail loves was a Buck. Which in simplest terms is a spirit, citrus & ginger (beer). I still enjoy making & imbibing these simplistic taste treats. OAXACA BUCK 2 oz Mezcal 1/2 oz Lime 1/2 oz Ginger Syrup Soda Water Lime Essence I prefer making and/or using a ginger syrup & soda 💧 opposed to ginger beer if time permits.
