Fried pickle Dip 🥒 Who doesn’t love a good fried pickle ? But sometimes making them is tedious. Try out this tasty dip with all the fried pickle flavor. 1 block softened cream cheese 1 C sour cream 1 C chopped pickles 1 C shredded Colby Jack cheese 1/4 C shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 C Original Pork Rind Crumbs 2tbs Dill Pickle Seasoning 1tbs Ranch Seasoning In a large bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, pickles, Colby Jack cheese, dill pickle seasoning, ranch seasoning. Spread mixture into an oven safe dish. Top with mozzarella cheese then pork rind crumbs. Bake at 400° for 40 min. * we took a shortcut here and used Taste of South fried pickle dip in place of the cream cheese and sour cream that we had on hand. Warning ⚠️ this is highly addicting !
