Headed into last month of offseason. Opting for unilateral movements such as the barbell split squat allows us to train the legs without over taxing the lower back. To focus on lifting heavier loads, we are doing these hand supported to minimize balance issues. We do plenty of other proprioceptive work —so balance is not the primary emphasis here. The same can be applied to the hand supported single leg RDLs. Keep the goal the goal. @jlin7 making 300 lbs look light.
