I’ve spent the last month attending a weekly knit along at @handworkslc and it’s honestly become the highlight of my weeks - the clanking of needles as sweaters work up, the bitter smell of dry wines, and the sound of cackles as we struggled to comprehend next steps in the pattern have become the biggest glimmer 2. the days are short and the nights feel so long but it’s been the perfect excuse to lock myself indoors and enjoy the warmth of the house as winter winds & foggy weather persists 3. a moment spent admiring the mountains that line the canyon as snow blows in 4. ribbons on ribbons on ribbons this holiday season 5. a trip up to far north corner of Utah to chop a Christmas tree and gather a bundle of fir tree branches to make arrangements and garlands with 6. breakfast bagels on the weekends to cure the winter blues 7. a midweek frolic in the mountains with the pups 8. days spent crawling into bed at an ungodly early hour to enjoy warm drinks, knitting, & a good documentary 9. cool toned watercolor skies 10. a bonus picture of bean and bella because i am forever obsessed
