*Trick - Gain the fastest results in the shortest amount of time. I use this to prep for filming Alo moves if I need to gain strength fast, or if I’m short on time but want to get movement in.
Pick 1 muscle group. Stay on the same side in the same muscle the entire time. 1 - 3 moves - highest amount of reps possible.
Work until burnt out.
Add weights to take it up a notch
You can spend as little as 5 min and gain a ton of strength.

Holding 30 lbs
Move 1 - Warrior 3 - knee to chest
Move 2 - Curtsy squat
Move 3 - Crescent lunge - dip - knee to chest
