1800 Cal Full Day Of Eating - Convenience Meal Style 🔥 NO Cooking edition!! Let’s be honest - we all wish we had the luxury of spending hours in the kitchen, bringing out our inner Nigella Lawson. (Flip, I used to be obsessed with her - kinda still am 🤣) We’re all hustling out there and if we can save time - we are smiling!! So today I am coming at you with a full day of eating where I did not cook a damn thing! I want to show you how you can still eat nutritious, high protein meals without having to slave in the kitchen!! (Woolies coming though 🤣) We often use ‘no time’ as an excuse to reach for fast food (ala KFC dunked wings) - when in reality we can whip something up in a couple minutes that will get us vibing and thriving!
