Cacao and banana smoothie ice creams๐ŸŒ The easiest and most delicious summer time snack! Ingredients : (makes 4 mini ice creams) - 2 frozen bananas - 1.5 tbsp cacao powder - 2-4 tbsp yoghurt of choice - coconut or greek yoghurt ( I tried 2 tbsp of @coconutcollab new protein yoghurt to up the protein content for a more balanced snack) - Toppings : desiccated coconut / cacao nibs How to : - Place frozen bananas, cacao powder and yoghurt in a blender and whiz up until a smooth consistency is reached. If too thick add a little plank milk or more yoghurt to make more thin. - Pour evenly into the ice cream moulds. - Sprinkle over fav toppings for that added crunch - optional. - Place into freezer for a couple of hours / overnight. Enjoy on a sunny summers afternoon ๐ŸŒž ๐Ÿซ
