Scott Family Farm brought volunteer squash (plant that grows on its own, rather than being deliberately planted by a farmer or gardener) to the last farmer's market. One of our volunteers took one home and roasted it up with olive oil and herbs. They also used the collard and mustards greens from the market to make creamed greens.
