Student Pilots and a Student Loadmaster from 30 Sqn @royalairforcebrizenorton, took to the Machynlleth Loop to conduct low level flying training in the Atlas transport aircraft before completing a number of simulated airdrops over England and Wales. Low level flying is something usually attributed to fighter jets, but despite its size the Atlas C.1 is also perfectly geared to do it. The Atlas is incredibly responsive allowing it to hug the terrain.
