So I’m at my dad’s church today but he’s not here. Just an empty seat on the pulpit. There have only been a couple times that I’ve questioned God and maybe one time that I’ve been mad at him. Well this time I’m mad, confused, hurt, and fighting depression. The waves of emotion are like tsunamis. They don’t care where you are or what you’re doing! Father’s Day feels like a waste words and the ONLY thing I want for Father’s Day is my dad 😡😭. I know I’ll be okay but right now I’m so far from it. I’m not one to ask for things but right now I NEED your prayers. Don’t worry, I’m not suicidal; it’s not in my DNA but I do want this hurt to stop!! So if I don’t seem like myself, just know I’m processing. Happy Father’s Day to all of the fathers that are involved in your children’s lives having a positive influence on their future.
