I Simply asked this outlet , to take a look at arguably one of the greatest and most efficient producers in hollywood — (for real) @roxanneavent —- I’m constantly amazed at how - someone could have independently(the real independent) “PRODUCED” over 17 films - all films under 5 million dollars !! All have been released theatrically - all have opened in the top 10! Over 200 mill in box office receipts — “NEVER HAD TO DO A RESHOOT” 👀- never went over budget!!! “ did u hear me!! — “was , the first producer to shoot a film in Covid !! FACTS !! HAS created multiple organizations to help young black and brown women learn film and there worth ! Was the first ever black female to be endorsed by @bentleymotors — big thank you to @the.artistrycollective 👀— wait there’s a couple more things 😂— self taught as a producer !! Shot a movie in 10 days that would open #3 in the world !! Has assisted or helped in every-way possible with unions and boards to understand our community... she does all of this — and has never been hired by a studio , has never been listed on any top prodcer list ... but every day wakes up with a smile and whoops ass !! So tonight I decided to let y’all know !! Sometimes “you” gotta let folks know !! And every now and again - you gotta make sure they understand when there is someone special ! Doing special things right in front of them !! This girl gone kill me for posting this !! But they gotta know Rox !! They gotta know !! 🤦🏾‍♂️😂😂😂😂 I’m celebrating you tonight !! Cause you are dope as hell !! And although I know you have multiple films coming up! And you always hide , when a camera is present ! You never seek any attention !
