I’ve been a little offline the last couple of weeks and after arriving in Norway yesterday, even more so. I landed in Oslo, met the @visitnorway crew and headed down South to @visitlaagen - completely off grid and surrounded by nature there was only myself and the other diners joining me for a one off Norwegian Supper Club by one of Norway’s top chefs @jimmyoien and his team from @restrestaurant who took us through some of Norway’s most unique and best produce with 17 courses.
