Wow, what a journey.💫 • My last show fell on the anniversary of the cast release for the original Broadway production of Tina. To read the caption I posted that day right before my last performance was so humbling. • It can be easy to forget how hard you prayed and fought for something. The body starts to ache, the hours get long, and sometimes you take for granted what you once desired. But man, this show is something special. This family has been with me through my Broadway debut, three birthdays, a pandemic, my wedding, and a brand new niece. • Love, joy, and strength will be the theme of my Tina memories. I’ve gained forever friends. I’ve gained prayer warriors. I’ve gained wisdom and insight. I gave Tina everything I could every time I entered the space and I hope I left it a little different than I found it. • I love y’all DEEPLY and I’m so honored that y’all love me back. No goodbyes cause I know where all y’all live. It was a TIME honey!💛
