On our most recent Paris trip we were lucky to start off a sunny Sunday afternoon with some ice cream and wine at Folderol. - Opened in early 2021 by restaurateur couple Jessica Yang and Robert Compagnon (who together run Le Rigmarole restaurant just down the street in the 11th arrondissement), @f.o.l.d.e.r.o.l is a delight from day to night, serving rich, decadent ice cream as well as savory snacks that you can pair with a glass of something nice. - Here, Jess, a Taiwanese-American pastry chef, gets to play with seasonal ingredients and whims in an ever-changing array of ice cream and sorbet flavors. And we all get to enjoy them in a space that’s equal parts fun (🍨) and sophisticated (🍷). - Merci beaucoup, Jess and Rob for your generosity and smiles, even on a busy spring Sunday!
