Lean Girl Chicken Base Pizza 🍕🤯 Oh my gosh Becky 👀 Look at her pizza! Who said pizza had to be make out of dough? We’re mixing it up with this fab protein pizza recipe that is going to rock your world! The macros are just insane with all of the pizza feels!! If your brain can’t compute this - you’re just going to have to trust me and give it a go!! 😝 Here is the recipe (don’t forget to save her): 150g Chicken Mince (Or blended chicken breast) 2 Egg Whites (50ml) 80g Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce 50g Mushrooms 1/2 Chopped Onion 30g Cheddar Cheese Basil Mixed Herbs 1. Mix together chicken, egg whites, salt, pepper and spices 2. Spray a baking tray with non-stick spray and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes 3. Remove from the oven - add the tomato base - and then add your toppings (grilled mushrooms, onion, cheese etc - season again) 4. Bake for a further 5-7 minutes until the cheese has melted - enjoy! Calories: 421 Protein: 46g Carbs: 13g Fats: 21g PS.
