We are always trying to make child care easier and simpler because how many times have we canceled meetings because of lack of child care, how many times have we felt just totally overwhelmed and just needed a few hours of child care to reset and refocus? Child care is not just an economic problem, it is a social problem, it is a mental health problem. Mothers feel the mental load, mothers feel the professional strain, and stay-at-home mothers cannot clock in and clock out and need a break.
