This is one of the best parts of doing what I do. Homeownership is so much more than just avoiding paying rent. My buddy @jared_feather shared this post today. This has been a big goal for him and his family. Every scenario is different, and everyone's needs are different. For some, it's easier than others. Jared's was not easier, but he still buckled down and did what he needed to do for his family. I'm proud of this guy doing something that could have stopped with just 1 excuse.
