Allow me to reintroduce myself... I’m Komal. I’m a resilience educator, coach, interviewer, and investor. I love my family and my culture, I support my health and well-being, and I’ve been able to make some massive dreams come to life like interviewing Michelle Obama on her stadium tour. Like you, work is a massive part of my life, but it’s not the entirety of my life. I’ve learned over the years how to mould a powerful identity for myself that includes the multitudes I contain. Now I help others do the same. When you are forged in fire and emerge scarred, bruised, but alive and ready to heal, you come to appreciate life in a different way. Everything I learned as I rose through illnesses, toxic workplaces, grief, ambition, and so much more is not just mine to hold onto. It’s mine to share and give forward to others.
