When Kefta meets Shakshuka meets Aglio Olio Zoodles. Cooking from a recipe by @mymoroccanfood these lamb keftas spiced with paprika, cumin and pepper mixed with grated onion and chopped herbs are fried lightly to color them before being cooked in a spicy tomato sauce. The shakshuka is finished by slipping in a few eggs, covered and allowed to poach. Served this with a side of zoodles flash fried in olive oil seasoned with sliced garlic and chilli. A most delicious fusion.
