I had to change my pan as I was not able to show the steps properly.
Black chickpeas - 2 cans, water drained
2 medium red onions
4 large cloves, grated
15g ginger, grated
2 green chillies, chopped
2 medium tomatoes, grated
1 heaped tsp garam masala
1tsp ground cumin
1tsp ground coriander
1tsp ground turmeric
1tsp salt.
1tsp methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
6tsp rapeseed oil
For the method follow the recipe.
Onions take about 10 minutes to cook on medium heat.
Around 8 minutes when you add all the ingredients. After the chickpeas and water is added, cook for another 15 minutes with a lid on.
