Black chickpeas - 2 cans, water drained 2 medium red onions 4 large cloves, grated 15g ginger, grated 2 green chillies, chopped 2 medium tomatoes, grated 1 heaped tsp garam masala 1tsp ground cumin 1tsp ground coriander 1tsp ground turmeric 1tsp salt. 1tsp methi (dried fenugreek leaves) 6tsp rapeseed oil For the method follow the recipe. Onions take about 10 minutes to cook on medium heat. Around 8 minutes when you add all the ingredients.
