Fall Equinox Reflection ✨ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As we transition from Summer to Fall there will be equal hours of light and dark, this symbolizes the balancing of our own light and dark energies. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Naturally our energies shift with the seasons. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’ve been doing deep shadow work, coming into union with my own Masculine and Feminine energy, accessing my energy input and output, making life edits, and showing up for myself like never before. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This Equinox is a portal to your new beginning and a new life cycle. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ You can honor your rebirth by honoring Mother Nature. Allow the roots of trees to ground you and charge your Root Chakra. Allow the sun to revitalize you and charge your Solar Plexus Chakra. Allow water to cleanse you and charge your Heart Chakra.
