I have so many butterfly affects in my life. But if moving to America from England at 19 is one of them for sure. Quilting acting at 28 and starting a whole new career as a private chef was definitely another pivotal moment. A huge amount of hustling later, I was diagnosed with an aggressive breast cancer only to have everything I built in my life & business come crashing down. Little did I know it was setting me on the right path to help other’s and share my journey and recipes with you all to guide you through your own health journey’s.
