The day before I hosted the last @theselflovesupply_ supply event, a wave of emotion hit me harder than ever before 🌊 It was like a strange yet powerful affirmation of how everything I do is so needed💓 I choose to share so openly online and host events for people to gather because I know how important it is for people to know they are loved, understood, seen and heard! My heart often aches for the pain many of us have endured that we did not deserve. This journey is big, I take on a lot that isn’t mine to carry, but when we choose to do acts of service it’s something many of us take on and need to proactively work on letting go.
