So I wanted to show you how I work my lean girl magic on the meals that I create to keep the volume (size) of the meal the same - while lowering the calories! 🪄 Your girl has always had a pretty big appetite - so don’t give me a small plate of anything :) I want to feel full and satisfied - especially when I’m trying to lose fat! Hunger is not a vibe 😆 So here is one comparison of a 580 cal brekkie vs a 350 calorie brekkie! You’ll see that the differences seem pretty insignificant - but you’re saving over 200 cals!
