Broccoli sprinkles for everyone! 🥦 1 pita bread 🥦 1 egg, optional 🥦 Drizzle of olive oil, optional 🥦 Small handful of chopped broccoli 🥦Handful of shredded cheese 🧀 Preheat oven at 400F. 🧀 Drizzle a dash of olive oil on a slice of pita bread. 🧀 Crack on an egg and break yolk. 🧀 Add diced broccoli and cheese. 🧀 Bake in the oven until egg is cooked to desired texture and cheese is melted and golden. 🧀 Enjoy! Yes you can definitely load it up with cheese to “hide” all the broccoli, BUT the best way to help with exposure here is to let them help you make these breakfast pizzas! Let them sprinkle on the broccoli. Maybe even show them how you can sprinkle it directly in your mouth. Sprinkle in some cheese too!
