Its been 5 years. I can’t believe it... within that time I’ve thought about so many different scenarios... Did a higher force give Dylan a super power overnight because he knew he was gonna live a short life? I always think of that one. When I first met Dylan he was just a young skate kid who was no different than the rest... was good, but regular good. He didn’t stick out too much... he was just starting out and def had skill... was super kind, kinda shy and down for the people he wanted around him. He was a teenager that fell into the typical fun teen shit... got deep into the LA nightlife scene shit... slacked off... got called out... cleaned up... and he came back from that swinging. I’ve seen him basically overnight become somewhat of a celeb. It was really crazy to see someone get that good at their craft and stick out and be singular overnight.. I dont know what I’m gettin at... I just wish there was more... He had a ton more life and experience to show us.... I miss him and I still have to come to terms of living off of just memories.. still nice to see people every year show their respects and that keeps his spirit alive...only the special ones get that treatment.💙-Bill @williamstrobeck
