On April 22nd, we officially celebrated the groundbreaking for the Evermont development. A mixed-use affordable housing development that will include The SEED School , LA Metro, retail and office space. For three decades this corner of Vermont and Manchester in South Central, Los Angeles has remained vacant until now. This day was filled with healing and hope for the impact this project will have in our communities. @russwest44 and I are Incredibly grateful for everyone involved, especially our partners at @primestordevelopment
