Scored 🥈 for the inaugural Mammoth Triple at the incredible @mammothtrailfest. Getting to run all three races was an unexpected major bonus to the weekend. As the Partnerships Manager for @corosglobal — it was my responsibility to get all of the pieces in place to create a brand presence at the event and organize a team building experience with eight of my amazing co-workers. Having those priorities checked meant being able to seize the opportunity to experience not just one but all three of @timtollefson’s tremendous courses! I was able to practice so much on those trails— from working on basic techniques (poles: when to use them and trying to get faster at stashing them away), to coaching my mindset (creating fun: socializing on course, remembering why I love the sport, and working hard to ditch any negative thoughts served up by ego)— these past few days were another epic building block towards a sea of running dreams. 💫 Final stats: McCoy 26K - 3:16:06 - 11th female Mammoth 50K - 7:52:24 - 27th female Dragon’s Back Ascent - 57:39 - 6th female Total: 51 miles and 12,123 feet of vert for a cumulative time of 12:06:09 (2 minutes and 20 seconds off of @nikkibuurma who took the W with so much grace and kindness! I hope our paths cross again Nikki! 💓) Thank you Tim and the ever so supportive trail community for the magical Mammoth memories! 🦣⛰✨
