How the tables have turned... into mushrooms! Wood that would someday turn into a table might just happen to house mushrooms instead. We want to leave these mushrooms where we found them because a) they look like cute little shelves going on and on up this tree b) that way other visitors can stare up in wonderment like ourselves and c) mushrooms are fragile, can easily break off, and then they wont be able to perform their symbiotic role in this ecosystem.
