My dearest Oona turns 9 years old today. I can’t believe how quickly that has happened. I mean it was truly about 10 seconds ago that she was a baby and now she is - 9? I started to look through all the pictures of her on my phone but there are SO many. I could easily (and enjoyably) spend all day editing them, but I can’t, so I’m just posting this one. It was taken in Maine this summer and somehow captures a little of what makes her so magical and interesting. What it can’t capture is how profoundly being her mom has changed me. Lucky lucky me.
