Last weekend: swimming and brunching and cuddles in Santa Barbara. I work about 50-60 hours a week, so peeling away to have undivided family time is super important. Like Palm Springs and ATL, Santa Barbara will always be one of our special places. Holding our son in the pool while sipping a virgin pina colada, I find myself absorbing the peace I rarely cultivate or keep.
