If you’ve been following The Summer Strength Challenge tomorrow is the start of the final week! Don’t worry if you didn’t start with us you can do it whenever you like, with a friend on your schedule it will stay up on The Playform. I find that staying consistent for 21 days will help to turn a “challenge” into more of a habit and lifestyle choice. If you are already thinking about a fresh routine in September after the summer I really recommend the book Atomic Habits by James Clear, I loved it and will always keep going back to it.
