A meditation on grief, rage, time & the universe, perceived and expressed through the body. A little movement phrase I composed recently based on journal entries from 2021. Still mourning the loss of my father, falling in love, experiencing the sublime 🙏🏽✨ all these strange & powerful feelings that inhabit the body - tearing it apart and folding it back in on itself. Endlessly re-forming. I’m really excited about reaching this point in my creative practice, where I realise the importance of writing in communicating my ideas & feelings into movement.
