For a fill-every-second of every day, future-planner, control-freak who was taught by living in LA for 10 years to grind until you’re dead to make your dreams come true, having the Lord tell me to “be still” is very hard. The verse “Who of you by worrying can add one single hour to their life?” has been hitting me hard these first 4 months of 2022. If you know me you know I am one of the most impatient people and this waiting season has been insanely tough for me, but I will continue to believe that His Ways are Higher, His Plan is Better, and His Timing is Perfect. He’s my Provider, my Promoter, and my Door-Opener. I’ve tried to do it using my own strength and it hasn’t worked, so now I’ve decided to do it His way and wait for God to do what only He can do. 🙏
