A year ago, I packed up my entire life and moved to Nashville. The day first got here, I put my car in park in my new drive way and scrolled Instagram. Before I could even unpack, I saw my pal @knathanknox posted about an open invite to his yearly Christmas party. Two hours later, I was with some of the most beautiful strangers. @stephruth.clipart ran me into her kitchen and screamed “LISTEN UP EVERYBODY. KATE MOVED HERE...2 HOURS AGO.” Everyone greeted me with hugs and love and beautiful conversation and little did I know that was my start of building a life here. I love my big little life. I love my friends. I love the music I make. I love the garden I get to grow, the walks I get to take, the washer dryer in my home. I love the structured fun, the community, the growth, the collaboration, the coffee.
