Due to something called an “Atmospheric River” and it’s friend the “Bomb Cyclone”, it’s pouring rain, windy and cold here in Mill Valley and extreme cozy comfort is the only thing I’m interested in TYSM 🥹 Case in point: I made a vegan (hi Ned!) version of my most comforting recipe: Broccoli Rabe and Sausage Pasta (recipe on my website). I am obsessed with using chickpeas and fennel seeds instead of sausage and Gus requested broccolini instead of broccoli rabe which is more than allowed. 🥹 Okay gotta go light a candle and start a new puzzle!
