The Academic Center and Cinematic Arts Library is an exciting new development in Chula Vista! A joint venture between the City and our educational partners, this project will deliver higher education opportunities to the South Bay region as well as the City’s first new library since 1995. Thanks to California’s strong economy, the #CALeg and @CAGovernor were able to make historic investments in this year’s budget, including $58 million for libraries in the San Diego region.
