Trained in an actual gym for the first time in forever today! • I’ve been getting dizzy while training the past week so I wanted access to machines & have people around just incase (husband went with me today too). It’s really hard for me to chill out & not push like I normally do now that I feel better but this mama is going to have to pull back on intensity. However I’m listening to my body and only doing movements that feel good, taking adequate rest times between sets & ending my workout if I need too. Plus going to bring intra carbs with me for mid workout as I think that’s a factor as well. • This is why it’s so important especially during pregnancy to listen to your body. No one is going to have the same experience when it comes to training during pregnancy. What might work for one woman won’t work for all.
