Cara Lowe @caralowestudio was commissioned to create new work for In:Site 2022. Cara’s project, Hues of Birmingham, saw her create 3D printed sculptures of Birmingham’s iconic buildings to provide an opportunity for people to play with and explore colour, which they added to their own model building. “From interacting with the public I've really learned that everyone, if given the opportunity, loves being creative.” In:Site gives new graduates the chance to work with the public and learn how these kinds of workshops can become part of their practise and may not be just about teaching skills.
