114 calorie mini apple lotus cheesecakes (NO BAKING!) save this for your next baking sesh!😽🍎🫶🏼 Guys these honestly taste just as good as they look - they’re the perfect snack for when you have a sweet craving - I wanted to make something like an apple crumble but I personally prefer a cheesecake to a crumble so I made little mini ones -SO CUTE and they taste delicious!! 🥹 calories: 114 protein: 5.3 carbs: 7.8 fat: 5.4 *recipe makes 6!* - 10 lotus biscuits - 100g quark - 60g lightest Philadelphia - 15g protein powder (I used @myprotein white chocolate) - 20g lighter butter - 1/2 an apple - 1 tbsp honey - Cinnamon ✨Add the biscuits to a food processor with 10g butter and some cinnamon and blend until combined ✨Add to the bottom of 6 cupcake cases and put into the freezer for 2-3+ hours ✨Mix together your quark and Philadelphia with the protein powder and some more cinnamon ✨Add this on top of the cheesecake bases and then put back into the freezer for another 1-2 hours ✨Slice up your apple, heat a pan and fry the apple with 10g light butter and cinnamon until golden ✨Mix the cooked apple with some honey and then add this on top of each cheesecake *Take the cheesecakes out of the freezer about 10-20 mins before you want to eat!
