There’s a very famous Viktor Frankl quote that I try to live by. “Between stimulus and response there’s a space, and in that space is our power to choose our response. And in our response, lies or growth and freedom.“ This is how I have developed my IMPACT model for making choices. You need to have a powerful I Am (IM). You need to have a compelling vision for your life, for your future, for how you want to show up above all programming and limiting beliefs. And when all programming comes up, you need to (P)ause and have (A)wareness. Is this old programming? Or is it the new compelling future that you’re making choices from? With that awareness, you have an opportunity to make a powerful (C)hoice. Once you choose the person you want to be, immediately (T)ake action. The more you follow this IMPACT model, the more you will become the person that you create...
