Sometimes I forget how to be grateful. To be grateful not only for all the beautiful moments in my life. But being grateful for the shittiest times in my life. Being thankful for hitting the rock bottom multiple times. Life is not about only “positive vibes and pretending all is amazing”. Life is messy as fuck and most of the time we just try to somehow get through it with the knowledge and experience we have at that moment. I’ve learnt to appreciate these complex times for there’s no greater teacher. 🙏🏻 
We’re growing and learning one experience at a time. 
Instead of cursing and complaining about our lives on Earth, we can embrace the messiness by finding peace within ourselves. 🕊 There are no answers outside of us. It’s all within us. 🧘‍♀️
