This piece of game is for my creators out there looking to work with other businesses and this is also to educate those looking to hire or work with creators like myself. Most people don’t realize being a creator and understanding how marketing works in the social media space IS VERY DIFFERENT FROM TRADITIONAL MARKETING! Coming up with unique concepts to what’s currently trending but can also be used as versatile evergreen content is a SKILL! And not everyone who has a phone can do what some of us do! It usually takes an entire team to do what I can personally do and that’s create a concept, film, edit and create the call to action captions with hashtags for a post all before I leave the space of said event or curated shoot. And don’t get me started on the importance of relationships and how providing access to those relationships you have worked hard to cultivate also COST! Understanding all of the work that goes into social media is IMPORTANT not only as an business in the space but as someone providing a service to others you must be able to break down why YOU ARE VALUABLE not only for others looking to work with you but for yourself as well!
