‘Clay Bodies’ Photographic Sculptural Experiments - I have been printing on ceramics that I’ve been creating & combining it with agave fibers. I have been on a mission to transform photographs which have the ability to be replicated infinitely into something tactile, unique and one of kind. To create pieces that undergo an alchemical process and become an energetic relic and materially tell a story. To create using sustainment materials It use to be that “the experience of art, which at first was the experience of ritual, was set apart from the rest of life.” Art holds a magical function in life, to inspire, to commemorate, to symbolically represent the things words can not describe.
